2023:
– Ialy Hydropower Plant Extension: VAC, Fire Fighting, Fire Detection system – design, supply equipment & materials, guiding of installation and commissioning.
– Jaguar – Land Rover showroom: Provide VAC system.
– Luang Prabang Hydropower Project in Laos: Engineering package for VAC & Fire alarm system.

2020-2022:
– Upgrading fire protection system of Kinh Do factory according to NFPA standards.
– Vietnam National Innovation Center: Supply air conditioning system.
– Panasonic project: Design, supply, get approval from authority, installation for Transformer, MV, LV panels, power supply...
– Canon Vietnam project: Upgrade Chiller system.
2019:
– Rusumo Falls HEP at Rwanda Africa, with a contract to design and supply materials and equipment for the VAC system, including supervision of construction installation and alignment of the operating system and handover.
– Project of Renovating and upgrading the electromechanical system for new lines of FCC factory, investor FCC Vietnam.
– A series of work items for Coca-Cola Hanoi factory, including work items, supply, installation and renovation of items for canning line No. 9, upgrading factory ventilation system.
– Upgrading the electromechanical system of Panasonic factory for Kinden Vietnam customers.
2017-2018: The most typical projects, accounting for the largest proportion, focused on foreign customers, domestic customers with foreign investment and real estate. Specifically, projects in the field of hydropower plants and housing combined with commercial centers such as:
– Commercial office-service complex and high-rise housing at 47 Nguyen Tuan, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City for M&E items.
– Thuong Kon Tum Hydropower Plant for HVAC and Fire Protection.
– Nam Theun 1 Hydropower Plant in Laos for HVAC and Fire Protection.
2016:
– Dak Mi 2 Hydropower Plant for HVAC design, supply and supervision.
– Xekaman Xanxay Hydropower Plant, for HVAC design and supply.
– SEEV factory expands area 3, for the design, supply and installation of HVAC systems.
– Coca-Cola, Canon, Bridgestone …
2015:
– Xekaman 1 Hydropower Plant in Laos, with HVAC design, supply and supervision. This is the first project Probuild has implemented in the hydropower sector, with a new partner, which is the premise for a long-term relationship for the following years, which is the segment that brings the best revenue for Probuild in the following years.
